About Me!
Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m 23 and living in beautiful Bar Beach.
I’m pretty easygoing and love keeping my home a happy, positive, and peaceful space—a little oasis to come back to at the end of the day. I value creating a calm, friendly atmosphere and would love to live with someone who feels the same. ☺️
A few of my favourite things: op shopping, arts and crafts, iPad time, baking (I’m great with sweets—savory, not so much 😭), meal prepping, self-care nights, movie nights, decorating, nature walks, listening to music, and, a good shower beer.
I enjoy being creative and finding little ways to unwind, whether that’s baking, soaking up the sun, or relaxing with a movie. I work full-time in hospital admin (8:30–5) and outside of work I love music, trivia nights, catching up with friends or my partner, a good pub feed, walks, and the occasional night out. I also really appreciate balance—time to myself as well as fun social nights out.
Your Little Roommates!
You’ll also be living with Hank, our sweet 8-year-old Akita. He’s a big softie with an even bigger heart—always up for a cuddle during movie nights and ready to greet you with his favourite toys when you come home. He’s protective when needed but mostly just a giant lovebug!
We also share the place with Chicken, my fish, who’s super chill and will happily follow your finger across the tank. 😂
About the Space!
The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and it’s in an amazing spot—just a couple minutes walk to Darby Street with its cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, and there’s public transport nearby. The beach and Memorial Walk are just behind the house, so it’s a dream location if you like being able to walk everywhere, and to feel in it!
The place is fully set up with:
Dishwasher, washing machine/dryer
Plug-in air con + gas heater
Fridge with an ice maker
Shared TV in the lounge + TV in your room
A great kitchen
We’ve also got a huge backyard with a fire pit, perfect for gatherings—or even a movie night under the stars (I’ve brought the TV outside before 😂). This summer, I’m planning to turn part of it into a little meditation garden and add some plants a possibly a veggie garden!
Your room will be the master bedroom—it’s fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, TV, ceiling fan, big windows, built-in wardrobes (lots of storage!), and a large mirror. Basically, you just need to bring yourself!
The neighbours are lovely and laid-back too (I sometimes drop off baked treats). Street parking is plentiful, which is a real bonus considering how close we are to everything.

Rent: $360 per week (you get the master bedroom!)
Bond: $900
Internet: $45 month per person
Electricity and gas: billed quarterly
