About the property
The unit is beautiful, on the older side but with heaps of character and we keep it very clean. We also have a great relationship with the landlord and know our neighbours very well.
The room is on the smaller side so would suite someone also working full-time and in need of a peaceful space. Our previous housemate found it very hard to part ways with the room. The rent is $210 a week, not including bills (although we are a very low usage household). There is on street parking. I often ride my bike to work etc.

About the flatmates
Hello! My name is Courtney (27) and my housemate and I Arabella (22) rent this gorgeous unit in Bar Beach 500m from the beach. We live very active lifestyles and find the location suits our lifestyle perfectly. I work full-time for the NSW Government in sustainability and work from home two days a week. Arabella is studying to become a PE teacher and has various casual jobs. We are equal parts social and enjoy our down time. I am a keen and frequent runner and Arabella is a very talented surfer so we're often out and about or at our partner's houses.
