120 year old house with loads of quirk and charm. There is a shared kitchen, lounge and laundry. Rent includes unlimited wifi, all utilities and a weekly cleaner.
The house is well established with everything you need so you can just move in and make yourself at home. The room is fully furnished, but there is space if you have a few pieces to add.
Carrington is an awesome little suburb on the harbour, close to the city and with its own coffee shops and pubs. It is also walking distance to Honeysuckle and the main station. There is a bus stop at the end of the street which is great for that extra little sleep-in.
There is plenty of on street parking.

About the flatmates
This little home appears to have become a safe haven for holidaymakers, travel-through’ers, exchange students and backpackers looking for a homely home between hostels. Absolutely open to long term too if you think you are a good fit.
House vibes are relaxed and positive and all about belly rubs (not mine, the frenchie's).
You would be living with me in the house, along with my frenchie (see photo). I am doing my phd so I'm usually on campus. I'm always happy for a catch up when home, or in passing. The outside area is a shared space, it has a tiki bar feel, with a comfy lounge - it’s a great place to chill with a glass of wine or beer at the end of the day.
Nothing better than stepping into a fresh home, so would suit a conscientious clean and tidy human who cares about the space they live in.
Open communications is super important. If you think you can bring this vibe, you would be a great fit.
