I’m the owner of the property and will be moving out soon. My uncle (29) will be living in the master room and wants a house mate. Open to anyone, couples doesn’t matter. Strictly no partying, smokers are fine as long as it’s not inside the house. Pets are a maybe. Depends on the pet. Rent will be $450 for couples and $400 for individuals.
