Hey! We are looking for a replacement for our outgoing housemate Riley from 28th Jan which is the start of a new 12 month lease for the property. Ideal housemate is someone we can vibe with, who is looking for a peaceful and friendly living environment, ideally staying long term. We are happy to indulge pretty much any degree of privacy/ housesocial life you would prefer.
We are right off Beaumont st, walking distance from Hamilton station and the 12, 13, and 23 bus routes. Our street is quiet with rarely any noise from traffic or people on the street. We have a spacious back garden with outdoor furniture and two lemon trees. We are also friendly with all our neighbours.
The house itself is in good condition, with no peeling paint or mold, brand new ceiling fans in each room (not pictured) and a good quality gas stove/oven. We have a good washing machine and fridge that are not owned by the landlord.
Unfortunately we cannot have any pets, hard and fast rule from the real estate, and not from a lack of animal loving.
Ideal inspection times are after 4pm on Mon/Tues, or any time before 4pm on weekends. If you send us a message, please include in it what time works best on what day, to reduce how many messages we have to send back and forth. Look forward to meeting you soon!

You will be living with myself (Jethro, 22) and Flynn (22), and replacing Riley (21)
I work full time in rope access and am a part time music production student. I love making music, going out, and hanging out with friends.
Flynn is a full time engineering student and part time hospo worker. He loves bouldering, socialising, skiing, and playing music.
We are open to housemates of any gender, the household has existed in every possible gender ratio with no problems, and at the end of the day we are just looking for someone who can hang :)
We love to have a social household and to have house nights on occasion, but are also aware that we all need our own space, and work to respect that.
