My pup and I have lived here for just over 3 years and unfortunately have had to say goodbye to my previous housemates.

Large shared bathroom with lots of storage and light, rain head shower, gas hot water. Separate toilet to bathroom.
A/C (heating & cooling) in living area, all the streaming services, gas stovetop, seperate pantry and internal laundry. Entirely furnished and functional but happy to make space for whatever future housemates bring along! We have a washer & dryer, high speed wifi, double fridge (with plans to put another in the garage soon!) & freezer.
Large backyard with clothesline, shed, seperate garage currently used as storage however some space available for more if needed.
MoMo has a dog door providing access outside and he is fully house trained.

Bills not included in rent and are split evenly 1/4 - electric, gas, internet and water. I supply the original bill to everyone for full transparency ☺️

Hiya!
My name is Teddi (29F) and I currently have one room available in a lovely share house. You would be living with me, my whippet MoMo (4M) who is (usually) well behaved and adores a cuddle, my partner Antoni (29M) and Jesse (23M).
I work part time in a few roles and ideally looking for someone who can be respectful of changing work times as I sometimes work overnight. I am a tidy and clean person and really value my home feeling cozy and welcoming.
Antoni works full time as a researcher for NSW Health and enjoys going to the gym, beach, pickleball, badminton, netball.. you get the idea! He’s easy to chat with and can usually be found snoozing with Mo.
Jesse works part time but keeps himself busy at the gym and beach. He spends time reading, sun baking in the yard or out and about with friends. He also enjoys cooking up a storm once a week with meal prep.
Looking for people who can keep the vibes good. MoMo is an inside / outside dog and you will need to be comfortable with dogs :)
