Merewether, Newcastle

We have lived in the property for just over a year! Great quiet spot only a 5 minute drive from the beach and 20 minute walk. We are close to a few pubs including the Mary Ellen and the Prince of Merewether. The Junction and Marketown are our closest shops including Aldi, Coles and Woolworths! We are looking for someone to fill our third bedroom until atleast the end of September (likely that the rental can be renewed)! Your room has ducted split system air con, a fan and you will have your won bathroom as well- which also has the laundry including washer and dryer in. We both work shift work so would have to be accommodating for night shifts!
