About the flatmates
Hey future housemate! We are looking for a fourth female housemate to join us in our beautiful Merewether home that’s only 300m from Bar Beach. We’re three girlies in our mid twenties working full time in healthcare. We are all social and enjoy bevs here and there but aren’t a party house. We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting outdoors, is bubbly and most of all, is looking to make some new besties <<33
The house is bright and sunny, spacious and modern. We will be the first to live there since the interior has been refreshed. Your future room is the master bed (4.3 x 2.9m) which is enormous, bright, and sunny. You will also have private access to the upstairs bathroom. Rent is $420 per week and bond is $1500 (expenses not included). The room is available from Jan 30th with two weeks rent paid in advance.
On our weekends you’ll find us at the Bowlo, enjoying cute flat dinners on the patio, at the beach (reading, swimming, surfing - take your pick), cheeseboards, cruising the local markets, at Yochi or running/pilates/hyroxing!
