About the property
Ensuite, has lots of natural light (it comes with blinds, no worries), good space for a king size bed and bedside tables. There is a good sized closet and the shower is great! The house is fully furnished (excepting for the bedroom), but our living room has space for more furnishing, just in case you have some. The house has an indoors laundry and an extra toilet in the first floor. We even have a coffee machine (bit old, bit noisy, but working very well!). We have a little backyard too. Free on-street parking.
The property is very close to Junction Fair (just cross the street to Coles, cafes, butchery, shops), 10min walking from Bar Beach and close to bus stops.
No pets allowed, sorry. NOT a party house. The bedroom is available from January, but if you need to entry earlier we can be flexible :)

Hi!
I'm Caroline. Me and my housemate (Lana) are looking for a nice person to share our lovely house. We are both PhD students, in our mid 20's and both have busy lifestyles. We are out to uni most weekdays during the day and on the weekends we enjoy going to the beach, walking around and going out with friends. We are NOT party people, so no house parties please. We use to cook only once or twice a week to save time, so sharing the kitchen wouldn't be a problem! Lana and I enjoy a good conversation but also respect each other's personal space and time and it would be great to find someone like this too.
We are looking for a nice person, who is respectful with others and clean after itself. We take the cleaning of common areas very seriously (especially the kitchen). So if you would like to live in an calm, clean and tidy house, please message us :)
