About the property
You will have two unfurnished rooms entirely to yourself, located on the opposite end of the house away from the living room and the street - great if you’re concerned about noise.
Included in the rent is an additional room (we call it the office) that you’re free to use however you like. It has a high ceiling and is located right next to the kitchen.
The bedroom is large enough for a queen bed plus additional furniture and has a window with an awning, so you can leave it open without rain coming in.
The house has two toilets and one bathroom - you’re welcome to claim one of the toilets as your own if you wish.
The street is quiet and safe, so street parking is not an issue.
Rent is $200 per week. Bills are split three ways and include water, gas, electricity and internet. I keep track of the bills and am happy to show you past costs for transparency.
