The house is in a great location (especially for anyone working in the Hunter Valley) as it’s near the Hunter Expressway, around the corner from the shops and a pub, 5 minutes from various gyms and 20 minutes from the beach! The house is fully furnished but if you have your own feel free to bring it into the house or store it in the shed! The room available has built in wardrobes. Awesome backyard. We will be asking you to sign onto the lease through the real estate with us for another 12 month period (already confirmed) Bills are split evenly, we’re relatively power conscious :) NOT available until February 2026.
