Hey guys!
Our amazing roommate is moving to Melbourne so we have a room available from the 9th of February in Waratah for $235 a week (not including bills). You would be sharing the bathroom with two others but there is also a toilet in the laundry.
You’d be living with three people in their 20’s either studying or working full-time. We enjoy trivia together and the occasional hang out but also enjoy our own time as well.
Looking for someone in their 20’s who is friendly, clean, respectful and tidy! No couples or pets.
