I live in Sydney but need a place to work from once or twice a month, staying in the second bedroom very occasionally. Because of that, you’ll effectively have the apartment to yourself for the vast majority of the time.
I’m looking for someone who wants to settle in and make the place their own not just a short-term share. I’m quiet, respectful when I’m in town.
Happy to leave the room empty or semi-furnished, whatever suits you best.
If you’re after privacy and a setup that feels closer to living alone, this is a really good arrangement.
