In our Hidden Creative eco friendly Sanctuary in the heart of Fremantle for Short Stay guests.
Rooms available for travelling / working visa holiday-makers for up to 3 months.

*Weekly rates: $550 solo/single travellers /$700 couples Includes bills.
The Guesthouse is:
- 10 minute walk to Fremantle markets and town attractions including the Capuccino Strip, restaurants and beaches!
- 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to South Fremantle cafe and beach strip and the weekly Fremantle Farmers Market!
- Train station 20 minute walk. Buses and public transport are very close to the house.
The house:
- Has lots of space to find quiet time, with a maximum of 4 guests at any one time / no uninvited or unpaying guests are allowed. This is not a hostel.
- Surrounded by plants 🪴
- Very close to amazing parklands and local cafes 🌳
- Outdoor fire 🔥 (winter months only)
- A shared creative space where Creative and/or well-being activities are welcome 🙏
- We are an inclusive non discriminatory household for all Nationalities and Cultures:)

- We are eco-friendly, we don’t use any toxic chemical cleaning or bathroom products. If you stay here you agree to abiding by this for the comfort of everyone!
- Landlord/caretaker and resident cat live/work on the property 🐈⬛
- No smoking in or around the house. 🚭
There's a park across the road if you are a smoker.
- Not suitable for children or additional pets
- Not suitable for locals looking for a long term room to rent in a 'share house'. We are a short stay guesthouse.
- Not suitable for 'working from home' scenarios for longer term stays. Proof of employment is required.
- A cleaning fee is not included so guests are expected to contribute weekly to keeping the space clean for everyone to enjoy.
- This is NOT a 'party' house and uninvited/unpaying guests are NOT welcome
BOND / SECURITY DEPOSIT
* For short stays 1-3+ months a bond equivalent to 2 x weeks rent is required.
One week of rent is paid in advance. Rent is paid weekly thereafter.
* Short term stays under one month require full payment up front plus a $300 bond/key deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay.

About the flatmates
We offer a Guesthouse for International working travellers who don't want to stay in a hostel or backpackers and want a more homely space while they're working!
We have a maximum of 4 guests in the house at any one time.
This is NOT a party house and uninvited/ non paying guests are NOT welcome.
We offer Short stays of 1 week up to 4 months pending other bookings and availability.
No smoking in or near the house.
This is a non discriminative inclusive guesthouse for all cultures.
Landlord lives/works on the property.
Guests are asked to keep the space clean at all times for all guests to enjoy and be mindful during daytime working hours.
There is a resident cat on the property, he is the boss!
We use natural, non toxic or poisonous kitchen and bathroom products so if you are staying here please abide by this or you may be asked to leave.
