About the property
Move in start of Feb.
Two bedroom, one bathroom villa in Freo next to Fremantle netball courts. Bedroom is unfurnished and looks out to the front verandah, is a smaller sized room with a fan and we can help with furniture/transport if you don't have a car. We also have spare bedding to help if required.
We have a park across the road which is a beautiful space to relax and the front patio space to soak up the arvo sun.
Bills included - minus Energy which we split three ways every 3 months.
Conveniently located next to a bus stop and 3min drive into central Fremantle. We have street parking outside the house available. Giorgia is away travelling so just two people mainly residing in the house for now (yourself and Katrina).

Hi all 🌻
We have a bedroom available from 2nd Feb located next to the Freo netball courts.
You'll be living with both Giorgia & Katrina, both working Full-time positions as a Teacher & Biosecurity officer. In our free time we enjoy board games w/ a glass of red (REALLY ENJOY!), diving, gardening, going on camping trips, hikes and cooking meals at home. We are both responsible, quiet, and respectful tenants; we take pride in keeping our space clean and well-maintained. We are very chilled out people and want our home to be peaceful and warm 🌸
We are looking for someone like-minded, who is respectful of the house (helps with the cleaning) and makes the space homely. The room is unfurnished and quite small - can fit a double bed but better with a king single. The desk in the picture can be included if you like.
Giorgia is off travelling for a while, so it will just be yourself and Katrina in the house for the time being.
PS. No party house, nor will we be accepting couples or pets.
