We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our calm and cozy home. It’s fully furnished (except the bedroom), and the $300 covers your share of the furniture, which will be reimbursed when we move out and sell it.
About the house:
- The room is unfurnished but has a wooden wardrobe in it
- We are a NO-party, non-smoking home
-We like to keep things clean and peaceful – shared spaces are tidy and relaxed
-Lola is a nurse and Issy is a med student, so the house is usually pretty quiet, which we both really enjoy and value given our lifestyle -We are looking for someone who is working full time and shares these values
- Bills (electricity, gas, water) are not included in the rent and are split evenly
We’d love to live with someone who also appreciates a quiet and respectful home vibe.

About the flatmates
Hi! We’re two housemates living in a peaceful, relaxed share house.
Lola (22) is a full time nurse, and Issy (23) is a med student – so when we’re home, we both value a calm and tidy space where we can rest and recharge and study.
We’re independent and respectful, and while we each do our own thing, we appreciate a warm and considerate vibe in the house.
The house was unfurnished at the start of the lease, so over time we’ve created a fully equipped and cozy space together. Each flatmate contributes to the shared furniture, and when the lease ends, everything will be sold and the total split equally.
