We're looking for a lovely new housemate (or couple!) to join our spacious, well-equipped share house in Fremantle. The room up for grabs is the front bedroom, which is equipped with a queen bed and is just big enough for a couple. Our house is big, private, and perfect for anyone looking for a comfy, peaceful home with easygoing, friendly housemates.

The Room:

- Fully furnished with queen bed, bedside table, clothes rack, shelving and mirror.
- Big window that brings in lots of natural light.
- Lockable door for privacy.

The House:

- Very spacious home with plenty of shared living areas
- Fully furnished – including lounge with TV, Playstation, and comfy couches
- Fully equipped kitchen with shared cookware and appliances
- Air con in every room
- Washing machine
- Courtyard with outdoor dining area
- Small garden bed out back if you’re into growing a few herbs or veggies
- Garage with storage space for bikes and knick-knacks. No room for another car because Conor already parks his in the garage.
- Off street parking available on our wide driveway.

The Location:
- 15 min bike ride / 20 min bus to Fremantle CBD
- 5 min bike ride or 20 min walk to the nearest supermarket
- 2 blocks from major bus routes on Marmion Street
- 30 mins drive to Perth CBD (or 45–60 mins on public transport)
- We're at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by peaceful streets and nearby parks with lots of birdlife

We share utilities costs equally, which work out to be about $65 per month per person on average. This includes electricity, internet and gas.

Bond is $890 and 2 weeks of rent is to be paid upfront.
