I currently have a spare room available in my 2bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Mosman Park coming up 17th of Feb . My current housemates is moving in with her partner. The apartment is a 2 minutes walk from the bus stop and 10 minutes walk from the train station. And short walk to the beach and the river, 450 Metres from Mosman Park shopping centre. With sunrise and sun set view 🙂
Looking for someone preferably in the late 20’s -mid 30’s.None negotiable- must be clean and tidy also no smokers/ vapers. Also bonus points if you work FIFO.
About me: I’m Wambere, 29 I work fifo on a 2:1 roster. When I’m off work, I spend time away with my friends at a festival, camping, discovering new cafes and restaurants or crafting, going to art galleries etc. I’m easy going and prefer to share my space with someone that’s looking for a home not a room in a house. I have taken time to pour love into my space and I’ll be looking for someone that’s able to do the same.
I keep my space clean and that will be expected of the person that moves in.
This is by no means a party house as it’s in an apartment complex with families. You are welcome to host dinners, lunches and brunches and pre-drinks. No afters 🙂
The house comes furnished as seen in the pictures. Your room can come with a mirror and comfortable mattress or without. There is also a storage unit that you are welcome to use and an off street parking spot. LGBTQ+ friendly, no pets sorry.
