North Fremantle penthouse apartment on the doorstep of Leighton beach, Ooh coffee and Mrs Browns (central Freo also in walking distance). This is a friendly neighbourhood and secure building. Perfect for sharing with each bedroom positioned on opposite sides of the apartment, all with individual balcony access.
High ceilings throughout and Kitchen is well equipped with a butlers pantry, separate wine fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. Fully adjustable Ducted air conditioning in all the rooms. The large main balcony has a BBQ and the sunsets are amazing!
The unfurnished room available is has a built in robe with shelving and a spectacular balcony/water view. Dimensions are 3.6m x 3.6m excluding the robe. Sharing a (massive) bathroom with one other who is very clean and tidy.
Rent (inclusive of bills and internet) is $450 per week paid 2 weeks in advance with a 4 week bond. Looking for someone for a minimum of 6 months who is clean and respectful. If you are interested reach out with a bit about yourself :)

About the flatmates
We are 2 females (early 30s, recruiter and late 20’s, paramedic) Both Australian but have lived abroad and in share houses for multiple years. We were uninspired with the tiny/expensive 1 bedroom apartments in Freo and decided to come together for this luxury place.
We get together most fortnight’s for a dinner or wine other than that we’re both focussed on work or at the beach/Pilates/sauna. Looking for someone respectful who is keen to enjoy and look after a beautiful space.
