I've always been a North of the river boy, but am loving living in Freo. It's only a 10min walk to get to the main strip in Freo. Heaps of cool places to eat and heaps of bars too if you like a drink. The house itself is only about 6 months old so it's modern, clean & stylish.... Well i think so anyway haha. I'm still landscaping the back yard and will eventually be putting a lap pool in. Upstairs where your room will be, boasts 3 large rooms all with built in robes, activity room, bathroom and toilet. I have 2 rooms up for rent. The other room is a furnished spare room in case any of us have people stay over. The activity room already had comfy leather couch and a TV if you'd prefer to chill out upstairs. Down stairs is a large theatre room with a massive couch, 78" TV and soundbar for the odd chilled movie nights..... Although, i do hog this room a bit when I'm home, but you're welcome to use whenever I'm not (which is most of the time as I'm usually at work). You're also welcome to use my Netflix account too. Plus an awesome block full of friendly people with no issues I've ever experienced, furnishings available or can be taken away. After 4 months rental still avaialable, good tenants will likely be able to stay. Moving to Victoria or I'd love to stay... also price somewhat negotiable, just don't lowball :p.

The house is ideally located close to the river, the sea and the supermarket. It is a 10 min walk to the closest train station, as well as to the bus stops on Stirling Hwy. For those of us less inclined to walk, the 107 bus stop is 50-100m away from the house. As well as that, Coles and IGA along with Baker's Delight, Fish and Chips, kebab shops and the liqour store is also a 10 min walk away. The house is a period home, it has high decorated ceilings which are really pretty to look at while you are lying in bed. It also comes with a little, rugged garden, as well as a veggie patch for the gardening enthusiast. At the back of the house you can find our hidden tropical/meditarian oasis, all in the mids of Fremantle. Its full of beautiful olive trees, palm trees and other green plants. There is a little veggie garden and a huge pile of homemade compost to grow the best veggies. We also have 2 egg laying chickens and a outside cat. The beach, cafe's, pubs and shops are just a short 5min away. And with the bus stop right in front of the door you can get anywhere else pretty easily. We are preferably looking for another easy going couple that loves a good laugh and enjoys the house as much as we do, but we are open to just one person too. I have been in this house for about 11 months now with my previous partner. fue to change of living we won't be staying together at the house but i will continue the lease on my own. it is well located in a quiet area in Fremantle with buses departing frequently to the centre of fremantle. the beach isn't far away either and I got a huge backyard with wonderful bushes and a lot of space all around. the age of the house gives it a charming atmosphere and the high ceilings are really beautiful. I am a chef by trade, surf, skate, love woodwork and shape surfboards. also into coffee, yoga, meditation and sometimes I will have my doggy who is going to be taken care of by my ex. all around really down to earth atmosphere. I would prefer somebody who is respectful, creative and looks after their diet. I have just started my journey from vegetarianism to veganism and it would be not ideal to have somebody cooking steak up in my home. but that's not my main focus. if you are a cool dude or girl let me know.
