Looking for a new room mate to join our lovely heratige listed home in East Fremantle. We're on about 1070 sq/m situated on the banks of the Swan River. The front lawn is perfect for sunset drinks with views of the river, parks and the city skyline. The back yard is half paved, half lawn with a grape vine, an apple tree and a lemon tree...and of course a bbq and beer fridge, ideal for summer afternoons! We have a formal living room, an office, an open plan living and dining area and a separate kitchen with a walk in pantry. Two bathrooms and two toilets. There are four rooms in total, but we are currently looking to fill one. The location is amazing, you can ride your bike along the river path into Fremantle in about 15mins, we are just up the hill from the Left Bank, a walk around the corner from Fresh Provisions and Woolworths and a stones throw from the tennis club, East Freo Yacht Club and Cricket Club! We already have a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, as well as a lounge suite, tv, dining table, pots and pans etc...basically just need a new fun roomie to share in our wonderful life. Its 800m to the beach, 200m to Coles and shops/bars and right on the Freo train line! Looking for a fun, clean, respectable and professional person to move in. I live with my partner Steph and housemate Luke. Steph and I have our own room and ensuite at the back of the house. Don't worry, we are not the public affection type so there will be no awkward cuddles on the couch whilst we are all hanging out watching tv :) The room is large with new carpet, aircon, big windows with lots of natural lighting. It has 3 huge built in wardrobes with full-length mirror. The main bathroom has just been renovated and all totally brand new with a big free standing bath, huge new frameless shower and lots of room with a new vanity and storage. We all work fulltime, love a few drinks and big cook ups on the weekends and spending quality time with friends and family. We have a dog called bear who can be a little shy but is a big softy and loves a cuddle once he gets to know you! He loves his dog mates so if have a furry friend, this wouldn't be an issue. The house has FOXTEL and that is included. Bills not included in the price, internet, electricity etc can be discussed though. There is a huge new washing and dryer in the house too! There is a spare room which we keep empty so If you ever have friends or family needing to stay then it comes in super handy. Likely, the room will be available by the end of January/beginning of Feb. The room is a good size, has a large wardrobe and can be kept nice and cool with the fantastic (and cheap) AC. Our backyard is the real seller. It's private and fenced in, which makes it great for a pet, and is a nice size for a little bbq gathering if you desire. If you are fond of gardening, I have a large veggie garden in the back and am definitely willing to shift things around if you have something you are keen to plant. Do you have a dog?
