I've always been a North of the river boy, but am loving living in Freo. It's only a 10min walk to get to the main strip in Freo. Heaps of cool places to eat and heaps of bars too if you like a drink. The house itself is only about 6 months old so it's modern, clean & stylish.... Well i think so anyway haha. I'm still landscaping the back yard and will eventually be putting a lap pool in. Upstairs where your room will be, boasts 3 large rooms all with built in robes, activity room, bathroom and toilet. I have 2 rooms up for rent. The other room is a furnished spare room in case any of us have people stay over. The activity room already had comfy leather couch and a TV if you'd prefer to chill out upstairs. Down stairs is a large theatre room with a massive couch, 78" TV and soundbar for the odd chilled movie nights..... Although, i do hog this room a bit when I'm home, but you're welcome to use whenever I'm not (which is most of the time as I'm usually at work). You're also welcome to use my Netflix account too. Fully stocked large kitchen area with all cooking utensils available to use. Still in the process of furnishing the lounge & dining area but should hopefully be done in the next couple of months.

Roomy apartment by the ocean, train line, shopping, everything you need. Plus an awesome block full of friendly people with no issues I've ever experienced, furnishings available or can be taken away. After 4 months rental still avaialable, good tenants will likely be able to stay. Moving to Victoria or I'd love to stay... also price somewhat negotiable, just don't lowball :p.
clean....easy going...family vibe kind of living close to everything in freo :) if you don´t have a car, there are two bus stations right infront of our house (incl. catbus) but really, there is no need to wait for transport as everything is just a stroll away. come around for a coffee to check it out :P

There's a great cafe just 200m away, open for breakfast and lunch, & Coles supermarket is only 500m from our front door. Camelot Open-air cinema (open summer/autumn) is also just 500m from us, easy walk. They also have yoga classes etc at the Camelot. If you have a car, plenty of street parking, quiet street except for school drop-off times.

The house is ideally located close to the river, the sea and the supermarket. It is a 10 min walk to the closest train station, as well as to the bus stops on Stirling Hwy. For those of us less inclined to walk, the 107 bus stop is 50-100m away from the house. As well as that, Coles and IGA along with Baker's Delight, Fish and Chips, kebab shops and the liqour store is also a 10 min walk away. The house is a period home, it has high decorated ceilings which are really pretty to look at while you are lying in bed. It also comes with a little, rugged garden, as well as a veggie patch for the gardening enthusiast. Or even if you're not an enthusiast, the garden is so low maintenance but looks extremely beautiful at all times. As well as that, the house comes with a resident cat - Puss Puss. It would be great if you also loved, or at least tolerate living with cats. ALL bills - wifi, water, gas and electricity is included in your weekly rent. We just ask for you to be environmentally friendly and use as little energy as possible

We have a huge backyard with a large garage/shed and a smaller shed, so plenty of storage space. 3 minute walk into the main strip of Freo, 15 min walk to the train, 15 minutes to South Beach, 30 metres to the Fremantle cat stop, 50 second (I counted it!) walk to Italian grocer + Coffee shops + Juice bar on Wray ave. Being a no through road, the street is super neighbourly and friendly (we had a lane way christmas party this year) and has a fantastic vibe. The location means we are close to everything - Fremantle, South Fremantle, Freo Pool, Gyms, Shops, cafes... you name it, all within waking distance.
