The house is a two storey townhouse located close to public transport and amenities. We have a small paved area on the ground level as well as some (non watertight) storage in the garage area and a balcony area upstairs with an assortment of potted plants. There are more pot plants inside! George Street nearby boasts multiple cafes/restaurants and other shops and the supermarket is close by. Fremantle town centre is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute ride and the beach is not far. We are minutes from the river with a great path and exercise equipment.

The room is of a big size (5.5x5), Its great having such a big room in a share house so you can join the rest of the housemates when you wish, and if you feel like some quiet time you're not in a box! Rooms are more than big enough for King beds and bedroom furniture as well as an area for couch/chairs etc. We have a big veranda around the outside of the house with great views over Fremantle and plenty of seating areas for BBQ's and socialising. Really great location just off High Street, 2 minute stroll to Fremantle Markets, Monument Hill, Cappuccino Strip and 15 minutes walking distance to the Freo Train Line and multiple bus stops. Off Street and On Street parking available, we can apply for Fremantle permits which also gives you access to parking in certain areas of Fremantle.
