Secure carparking space available. Our townhouse is located about 15 minutes walking distance to Fremantle cappuccino strip, bars and restaurants and the train station. The Left Bank and river is also about a 15 minute walk away and Port beach is a mere 5 minute drive away. We're on a direct bus line away from Fremantle on the Canning highway and the Fremantle cat stops at the end of the road.
The property is a great location, Next to George street, which has bars cafes, fitness. Close to the river. The apartment is secure and gated. Views are amazing you can see the sun setting over the sea. The balcony is sun drenched . Aircon is never needed as the Fremantle Dr is cooling and blows through. The bathroom has a bath / shower. The place is light and airy , seperate laundry room also. Good strorage. I have my own portable wifi, 70 bucks per month cause up till now have lived alone. It’s good coverage as is affordable . I have Netflix also.

This is beautiful five-bedroom house in East Fremantle, in a relaxed part of the suburb just minutes from downtown Freo. We particularly like the large open-plan upstairs living area, the additional downstairs kitchen, and the local amenities (nearby tennis and football courts and all of the attractions of Fremantle). The upstairs balcony is great for barbeques and had a gorgeous view of the Swan river.

A chef that will cook for you (Provided you have the ingredients) There isn't too much to stress about; only thing you need to do is keep the common area clean, as for your room; no inspections or anything, if your room is dirty that's your room. Fully equipped kitchen, oh did I mention there is a chef that will cook for you. Home to - two cats feed them once or twice and they become your best friend. Along a main road, it is a little noisy but you get used to it. Smoking no issue, parties we prefer to avoid them, but if you must have one, seek approval or face the streets, respectful of all religions. This is a shared house, everyone has their right to privacy. We are close to a community center, three cafes in the vicinity, 2km from the heart of Fremantle, 8min Cycling, 30min walking. IGA 2.1km away, Foodworks 1.4km away, Church 1.2km away, Mosque 1.9km away Everyone living here at the moment are in their late 20's and 30's, we are respectful towards everyone. You would be sharing with a couple so they can save for a holiday/pay more off their mortgage. The room has a queen bed, a cupboard and airconditioning and is a reasonable size. The house is lovely and the views of park, river and distant city gorgeous. Jogs/walks/swims in parks and river literally on your doorstep. Beaches a short bike ride away and all that Freo has to offer. Plenty of off street parking. Bikes and canoe available. From previous experience we definately want people who work full time. The houseshares that worked best for us here were with people who were travelling and so didn't bring a lot of extra stuff into house and weren't staying indefinately. I realize this makes us sound a little fussy but like everyone else we think we are pretty easy going. We really don't mind who joins us as long as they work full time and don't bring extra furniture. The location is beautiful so if you don't like us you can ignore us- a drink and the view is excellent company on the porch or by taking our dog (impossible not to like) for a walk along the river! Also free eggs from our chickens Finger and Lickin'.

I live in a friendly neighbourhood close to shops, good schools and the town of Fremantle. It is a 10 minute walk to the river and about the same to drive to the nearest beach. The house is spacious so people can either socialise or find some peace and quiet. I have a large music collection ....and a cleaner comes regularly so I don't have to worry about doing that...and neither will you. Flatmates have their own bathroom but share a toilet. Camelot Open-air cinema (open summer/autumn) is also just 500m from us, easy walk. They also have yoga classes etc at the Camelot. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking; lovely quiet street 98% of the time, the other 2% is school drop-off/pick-up time.
