The House: The house, in a word, is amazing. Its a three story, refurbished brick, signature Fremantle property. The house itself, has 5 bedrooms two bathrooms and another toilet. Your room will be on the third floor and has one of the best views in the house. Ive tried to capture the view in the images, but alas, the house isn't easy to capture in a photo. The house has a decent outdoor area with an awesome table for large group dinners. It also has two fishponds with loads of frogs and an array of bird life. i haven't attached too many images yet but i will do when the lighting is better). The location: perhaps the most endearing quality of the house is the location. The house itself is set back from the street on a receding driveway. A 10 minute walk from Leighton beach. A 5 minute walk to the Freemantle train line which will take you into the heart of Freo of toward the city. Moreover, the house is but a 5 minute walk to a strip of cafe's and restaurants as well as the iconic Mojo's bar.

He is also away working on a boat 3 weeks at a time, so its basically having a beautiful, modern, million dollar+ home to yourself (or shared with one other person) for very low cost. I moved back into my fantastic house in East Fremantle earlier this year and am looking for one or maybe two people to share it with! The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse on two levels. Downstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as a laundry and toilet. The kitchen is fitted with European appliances including dishwasher. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, which you would have all to yourself, as my room has an ensuite. I have some furniture but you are also welcome to bring your own. The bedrooms have high ceilings, and there is reverse cycle air con everywhere (including bedrooms). The house is at the back of a gate-secured group of three townhouses, so it is set well back from the road, quiet, secluded, and private. There is one undercover parking space. The garden gets a good amount of sun but is also shaded by mature trees and is a relaxing place to hang out in the morning with a coffee or in the evening with a drink and barbecue with friends! $210/week + $40/week bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) Couples: $240/week + $50/week bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) About the location: East Fremantle has an eclectic mix of townhouses, apartments, McMansions, terrace houses, cottages, and period properties.
