Yandina, Sunshine Coast

This property has a lot of room. There is a shed to store extra things, a lounge that you can use exclusively, and two outdoor areas, one of which is undercover. There are lovely views to Mt Ninderry and walking distance to a beautiful park and the friendly town of Yandina. French doors in the main living area allow the breeze to flow through the house. I have an air con unit that can be used if it's too hot, but you would need a fan for your room. The house stays surprisingly cool even in summer so it's comfortable especially to sleep at night. Plenty of storage in the built in robes and linen cupboard.
There is a shared bathroom with a separate toilet, but neither myself, not my housemate spend much time in the bathroom. Just in and out😁 The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave and all cooking necessities. There is a separate laundry.

The room you would be renting is the biggest room in the house with french doors to the undercover area. There are also two other windows and plenty of light and air flow. There is a large built in wardrobe with drawers X 2 so plenty of storage.
Your housemates would be myself and another middle aged woman. We have a small dog each that mostly sleep all day and stay within our areas. You would have a lot of space to yourself in this house. The main requirement is we want to share with a woman and just pay the bills and rent on time, and clean up after yourself, that's pretty much all you need to do. There is a lovely big garden bit the mowing it's taken care of but plenty of scope if you enjoy being in the garden.
