Bus stop right out side which will take you to Bondi Junction/Coogee and 10 minute walk to the beach. Living with myself Lisa(33) and Megan(28). Not a party house but never say no to a glass of wine or beer. Preferably looking for a lad, just to keep the dynamic right and to kill the spiders,someone looking for long term and in the same age bracket. No couples.
