This spacious, bright and clean apartment in a secure building is very well looked after in all aspects. It’s very central in Neutral Bay. (official postcode is just in Cremorne) with all shops, public transport, cafes etc. within walking distance (a few minutes) which makes it not only a convenient place to live but also a place to call home.

There is a lot of built-in storage (especially compared to a lot of other units), including in the master bedroom.
We only share the shower in the main bathroom as you will have your own ensuite.

The apartment is north facing so that’s perfect as you don’t need to worry about lack of daylight, mould etc. There is a balcony as well as a small balcony adjacent to your room.

Although bills are not included in the rent; the experience is that these bills have always been far below average. That’s mainly because common sense is applied when it comes to usage: very helpful to keep bills low for the household!
