Perfect location in a great pocket of Cremorne. Ferry to the city is super close and accessible, as is the bus (10 mins to Wynyard by Bus or 10 mins to Circular Quay by ferry). Walkable to Cremorne Village, Neutral Bay shops, and Mosman Village. Close (but not too close) to Miltary road so anywhere in the lower north shore is easy to get to.
Super close to McCallum Pool, Mosman Bay/Taronga Zoo, and Balmoral Beach.
The apartment is a perfect size for two people, the rooms are big and built in wardrobes are spacious. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, mattress, drawers, and a desk. Modern bathroom and kitchen. The living room is also fully furnished. Apartment is on the second floor with stairs only. Unit block is super secure and neighbours are quiet/keep to themselves. View (slightly obstructed by trees) of the city and harbour. Also looking out over Mosman/Taronga Zoo and out over to Vaucluse!
Wifi is $90/month (total so $45 each) and electricity is normally around $300/quarter. Rent is paid fortnightly. Move in ASAP!!

Hi! I’m Caitlin. My best friend just moved to London so I’m looking for someone to take her room in our 2 bed Cremorne apartment. I’m 26, working full time in finance. I grew up in Tamworth NSW and have been living in Sydney since uni. On the weekend you’ll find me lounging at McCallum Pool (super close to the unit!), catching up with mates over a drink, and watching some form of reality TV.
I’m a non-smoker, appreciate a clean and tidy apartment, and always down for a wine on the lounge after a long week at work.
