Welcome to my 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful city views, lots of natural lighting, air conditioning/heater and external laundry.
It is an 8 minute walk to Neutral Bay Junction where you will find busses to the city, multiple cafes, Woolies and a bunch of other restaurants to suit whatever you’re craving.
We are also a 5 minute walk to beautiful Cremorne Point and Maccallum pool which makes the perfect running/walking track with the best city views.
Bills wise you can expect the following:

- Electricity ranges between $200 (cheap bill) and $300 (big bill) per person (quarterly).
The last bill was $197 per person

About the flatmates
Hi I’m Ingrid, originally from Mauritius and in my early 40s, I am a director at an early childhood learning centre in Neutral Bay. I enjoy cooking most days of the week and a glass of wine during the weekend. In my spare time I enjoy a long walk down to Cremorne point and going on little adventures with my dog Cooper.
You will also be sharing the apartment with Liam who works in marketing in the luxury industry in the city. Liam is in his late 20s and the definition of an old soul. He loves photography, a good book or a walk down Cremorne point. He goes to the gym after work so isn’t home until after 7.
We’re all in bed by 9:30/10 during the week and on the weekend you can usually find Liam and I watching the F1.
My dog’s name is Cooper, he’s a 4 year old Bordoodle (border collie poodle) who loves a cuddle. I walk him every morning and evening, he is hypoallergenic, doesn’t shed and is very chilled and friendly.
It is a very chilled and welcoming household. We are looking for a like minded individual who is clean and tidy, easy going and that can become part of our home.
