Great option for those newly arrived to Sydney to stay at a home as a safe base or those living in Sydney who are seeking a room inside an Aussie home.

Laundry - there is a shared laundry with washing machine available to use.
Kitchen - there is a shared kitchen available for use.

* 2 minute walk to direct bus city or Universities including USYD (University of Sydney, UTS (University of Technology Sydney, Notre Dame University, Último TAFE or Sydney CBD (city)
* direct buses to Burwood or Strathfield train station.
* Or Ferry to city from Abbotsford Ferry Whatf to Circular Quay or Barangaroo⛴️
* Or light rail from “Marion” light rail stop to the city, a short bus ride away.

Please note I have 2 bedrooms in my home that I rent out to 2 x females only. The bathroom would be shared with the other female in the other bedroom (currently a University student in her twenties studying full-time).
The bedroom shown in my profile is the bedroom currently available. The bathroom shown in the pictures is the shared bathroom for both bedrooms.

My daughter and I have another bathroom upstairs (where our bedrooms are located).

📍 Home is 5 minutes walk from Coles supermarket at Five Dock (Great North Road Five Dock) so you can use that to look up location of the property.
