About the property
I have furnished the property myself, it's all very girly, white, greys and creams so that it is a calm environment after a hectic day at work. We are on the top floor with a wrap around balcony and the comfiest outdoor sofa. The balcony gives us a beautiful sunset and sunrise everyday. The apartment is newly refurbished this year even including heated flooring! There is AC, dishwasher, parking a huge garage and washing machine. The building is really quiet and on a quiet road too that is a five mins walk to the train station which takes 25 to all central locations; like where I work in town hall.

About the flatmates
Hi! I'm Niamh. I've been living in this beautiful apartment since August and will be here until the very least August this year. The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. I currently have a queen bed and mattress in there. There is a fan on the ceiling and fitted wardrobes with mirrors.
I'm 32 years old, Irish and I would love to live with anyone who loves their quiet time, loves to hang out and watch movies or talk about our days and weeks, go walks together maybe have some wine and just live in a nice clean easy going happy environment. Ideally you will be someone who works as much as I do as I work 8-5:30 Monday to Friday and Wednesday I work from home. I have a work from home station you're also fully welcome to use.
