I've got a great room available for in a beautiful ocean-side apartment!
It's a very homey house with two friendly people (one male, one female, not a couple) in their 30s/early 40s. Room has ocean views, wooden floors and built ins.
It's a non-TV house though we have a projector for movies. LGBTIQ+ and diverse ability friendly though there are steps so probably wouldn't work for someone who uses a wheelchair.
