We are looking for new flatmate and maybe future friend, to share it with.
There is an open kitchen with space to share and be social with dining area, a living room and 2 green backyards with BBQ and fireplace if wanted.
You can smoke outside but not inside the house.
Friends are welcome if respectful but this isn't a party house.
You/we may surf, walk, jog, kayak, paddle-board, chill, cook, scrabble, bake, make art, design, play music or just hang out n go for coffees down the beach...
Muffin is our house cat - he likes to eat, sleep, snuggle, eat, play and eat and sleep. And meow to open and close and open the door for him - again.
