About the property
We are located at the top of a cute 3 story building with ocean and beach views. The apartment faces east so we have beautiful sunrises shine through the apartment. At night, we have spectacular sunset views from the kitchen window. It is a 3 bedroom apartment, with a separate WC and bathroom. There is an internal laundry with washer and dryer. At street level, we have a garage that we use for storage. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and is move-in ready. Our Smart TV has Netflix and other streaming platforms.
The bedroom for rent is furnished with a comfortable double bed, side table and lamp. It is north facing so has plenty of sunlight. Blockout blinds, flyscreen, large built in wardrobe, and remote control ceiling fan.

About the flatmates
Hello/bonjour!! We are Sebastien (27) and Nathan (27). We are both French/Australian - fluent in English and French, and Seb can also speak limited Spanish. We are best mates who have grown up in the area and we are looking for someone amazing to fill the 3rd room in our lovely and cosy apartment. Nathan works full time at a biotechnology company and Seb has just started studying part time. We love the outdoors. Our apartments’ proximity to Maroubra beach and Mahon Pool means that we love spending some of our free time there or even just enjoying the view from our balcony. Nathan’s interests include going for sunrise/sunset swims, beach runs, and board games. Seb’s interests include tennis, soccer and drawing.
The ideal candidate: preferably female, to keep a nice balance in the home. Someone who’s keen not just to split the rent, but to enjoy a good vibe and share some laughs along the way. Ideally aged 24–30, comfortable with shared living. Being tidy, considerate and respectful are qualities we are seeking. Minimum 6-month stay.
