Located right in the heart of Maroubra junction, we are studying or working holiday and would like-minded people staying too. We are a quiet bunch and prefer you not to bring the party home.
1 minute walk to buses and shops.

Close to shops such as Aldi, Coles, cafes, restaurants, fruit market, pubs, McDonald's, KFC, Dominos pizza, fish and chips, chinese takeaway, Thai takeaway and more.

Maroubra junction is centre to a huge hub of public transport giving you convenient access to all parts of SYDNEY. UNSW is a 9 min bus ride, 5 min drive or 15 min by bike. If you love the sun, surfing and waves or just enjoy a quiet walk along the beach, Maroubra beach is also very close by.

The city is only a bus ride away with buses coming every few minutes.

A large three level shopping complex, Eastgardens is only a few minutes bus ride away.

Perfect spot for students studying at UNSW because it is close to shops and only a short bus ride away. (Kingsford and Kensington don't have big chain stores so it is very inconvenient especially if you have lots of grocery bags to carry)
