The apartment is one block from Maroubra Junction - couple of minutes walk to Pacific Square shops, restaurants and transport to city, Eastgardens, La Perouse, POW hospital, UNSW, Maroubra beach and Bondi.

The apartment is clean, secure and spacious, it is fully furnished with everything you need to move in.

There is a large comfortable air conditioned living and dining room, 2 bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and 2 bedrooms . The furnishings and appliances are new and nice quality. Reliable Telstra internet, gas, water and electricity are all included. You can enjoy a huge private courtyard with a big garden bed, if you enjoy a bit of gardening or want to grow some vegetables there is space to do so. The building has a gym on our floor.

The double bedroom has been freshly painted and has brand new plush pile carpet and curtains. There is a mirrored built in robe, a new double bed and a privacy lock. Also a small study desk, a ceiling fan and direct access to the courtyard.
You will have exclusive use of the main bathroom noting the laundry is in the bathroom so we will be in there from time to time to do washing.

I’m really easy going and enjoy a glass of wine, socialising or just enjoying some down time watching Netflix. I work full time hybrid - 2 days office and 3 from home per week.

A secure underground parking space with a remote is available (negotiable).

Looking for a female flatmate who is friendly, responsible and tidy. I’ve had a couple of girls arrive in Australia and stay for a while to settle in before heading off to travel or find a share house with other backpackers also students who need a nice homey place to study.
