Maroubra, Sydney

Hello! It’s 5 of us living in this big house, we are in our early to mid 30s, all with full time jobs and with very active life style (swim, surf, yoga, volley). It’s a multicultural group of people (Brazil, Netherlands, UK), very independent but that enjoys a nice chat. We are looking for someone respectful, with similar life style, sense of community and that will appreciate spending time here for long-term.

The room you will have is the biggest in the house, it’s downstairs and will share the bathroom with only one more person.
The house has the most beautiful view of Maroubra beach, with incredible sunrises. It’s also a 5 minutes (literally) walk to the beach through the nature reserve and 10 minutes to the cafes. We also have a nice pool, plenty of outdoor space and a place to store the surf boards. It’s a summer paradise :) The house also has an office with desk and chair in case you WFH.

Furniture (as seen in pictures) can possibly be bought from current tenant.
