Here is a perfect spot for getting to a beautiful surf beach, coastal walks and cafes by foot in under a minute or 2.

For those unfamiliar with the area, there are bus stops also the same distance away with buses to the city, Bondi junction, the airport and Randwick/Coogee. Buses to the city and Randwick enable easy access to UNSW.

The room is fully furnished with a new double bed and open closet. Plenty of space to pull out the yoga moves & store all the things. The room is for one female (sorry fellas). It’s a nice large room, with double windows looking into the trees (enabling privacy) & sunlight.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared - it’s an older place so this is reflected in the design but adds to its charms (who doesn’t love a bit of vintage?!). There is a washing machine you will be able to access as well and a sunny outdoor back garden with washing line.

It’s a cheerful place filled with natural light and the sound of the sea when the outside world falls quiet.

I like home to be relaxed, clean and friendly, however, I usually take most of my socialising outside and prefer only occasional visitors with prior arrangement, with no overnight guests. This is a non-smoking/vaping or drug use home. Also keen for environmental consciousness, including composting, recycling & low energy use. All about open communication too if there is ever an issue that needs to be addressed :)
