We have a room available in our big Maroubra share house ideal for a couple or a single looking for a room with plenty of space.
The house has a large living area with two lounge rooms, a huge kitchen/dining space with a cocktail bar, an outdoor balcony and courtyard, self contained laundry and two shared bathrooms (with a spa bath!).
The Master Bedroom is a 30 sqm. sunshine filled room, with two giant built-ins and an en-suite with a private shower & toilet. Best viewed as a studio-apartment inside a share-house, there’s plenty of room for WFH set ups or a studio desk/creative space as well. The room/bond are priced for a couple but we can also welcome a single in at the same amount.

- 5 minute walk to Pacific Square / Maroubra Junction (Coles, Harris Farm, Aldi etc.) 🍎🥑🍉
- 5 minute walk to Anzac Parade or Bunnerong Road for public transport 🚶♀️🚶
- 5-10 minute drive to Maroubra Beach and Mahon Pool (before work swims and surfs are a big feature of our household) 🌊🐋🐬
- 30 minutes via public transport to Central and/or 40 minutes to Wynyard for the city worker folk 🚌🚋

About the flatmates
We are a close-knit family of friends who enjoy sharing our time with each other in our downstairs common spaces when our schedules align - like the huge kitchen/dining/cocktail bar area and our lush living room and open-plan record room and library.
With all bedrooms on the second storey, it’s also easy to enjoy quiet or alone time - especially in the master room. The house is furnished, but we welcome any new comforts you may wish to contribute to our shared spaces.
We enjoy swimming and surfing, especially in the mornings before work when we can, as well as an occasional family dinner or bbq in the back courtyard.
