15/20 min walk to Maroubra beach, 12 mins walk to the commercial centre at Maroubra Junction ( Coles, Aldi ect..), or just minutes by bus, or 7 min drive to famous Coogee Beach.

Bus stop to the city very close, and very frequent ( 395, 396) and 317 , 400 to Bondi Junction.

Easy front street parking at the front, on Maroubra Road (a bonus!). No garage. But outside storage possible in the private upper front garden. (Surfboard, bicycle..)
