Hi! I’m Maria. I work hybrid, spending 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office each week. I share the home with my 16-year-old daughter, who stays on a 3-weeks-on / 3-weeks-off schedule.

We’re a quiet, relaxed household and enjoy reading, cooking, and walking around the local area. On weekends, we often explore Mosman’s coastal walks and local cafés. We value a calm, tidy home and are looking for a boarder who appreciates the same.

We’re originally from New Zealand, and my daughter attends high school locally. We enjoy a mix of relaxed home time and exploring the area, but we also respect privacy and quiet during the week.

We also have a fiercely independent tabby cat - she’s friendly in her own way, but mostly keeps to herself, so she won’t interfere with your space.

This home is ideal for a female student or professional who wants a comfortable, fully furnished space, a friendly and respectful household, and a temporary home in a lovely part of Mosman.
