This spacious split level apartment is right by Coles and Neutral Bay hub, with plenty of shops & cafes, is a short 2 minutes walk away. The Oaks is a 3 min stroll from mine, its pretty decent there on a Friday or Saturday night. The bus stop for northern beaches is right out front but is pleasantly quiet due to the surrounding leafy trees and being set back from the main road. Across the road is bus stops for the city which only takes 10 mins across the bridge or its a nice walk over Sydney Harbour bridge with sweet views. Neutral Bay wharf is only a 10-15 min walk down the hill where you can get the ferry into the city, there's also a quiet little beach down there with a good waterside cafe. North Sydney is a short 15 mins walk over the foot bridge crossing the freeway.
The unit features two levels. In the bottom level you’ll find the spacious living room with a comfy sofa, a big balcony, the kitchen and a big laundry where you won’t have any dramas sorting your clothes out( is big and we have all the equipment necessary to do a perfect and quick laundry). The kitchen is full of every machine you need to cook any dish (we got from air fryer to a pasta maker). In the top level you’ll find the rooms. Three rooms and two bathrooms, I (Daniel) have an en-suite with my bedroom and the main upstairs bathroom you would only share with (which is super tidy and very respectful), with an additional downstairs toilet off the laundry. The apartment is fully furnished including the available large newly refurbished double room, complete with built ins, with the option to have bedding and towels included.
The large laundry room there’s plenty of space to dry clothes and many storage cupboards. There's unlimited NBN and I have Netflix and Stan on the flat screen in the lounge, perfect for cosy nights in.

You would be sharing this spacious three bedroom unit with (me) Daniel. I moved here from Colombia 8 years ago and I’m currently staying on a sponsor visa. I work full time in construction I’m out during the days and on weekends, working long hours and often night shifts. In the evenings sometimes I cook dinner and then relaxes in my room to be ready for the early starts in the mornings. On weekends usually only has Sundays free, which I use to rest or visit family living in the inner west. Isadora in the third bedroom is 20 years old and is from Brazil, she also starts early for works so stays mostly in her bedroom in the evenings. Me and Isadora are both quiet and considerate of others, they keep the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, which I would also expect the new flatmate.
We are very easy people, down to earth and drama free. Only couple rules in the house to keep and very good environment. We expect a drama free person that wants to take this pretty good deal !!
