House is a 2 bedroom apartment and is an awesome, airy apartment in Paddington super close to 5 ways and just a quick walk to Rushcutters bay and
Great windows have awesome natural light and it’s within walking distance to edgecliff station if you want to catch the train for work :).
One of the few places in Sydney where rent hasn’t increased from last year which is absolutely awesome.
