About the property
We have a room available in our beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom freestanding house. The house is very spacious with a kitchen, dining and living space and a large rear courtyard. The house is located 5 minute walk to Edgecliff Station, 8 minute walk to Fiveways, 10 minute walk to Rushcutters Bay or 15 minute walk to Double Bay 🏡
There is some furniture available (drawers, desk, etc) but this can be removed if it is not needed/wanted.
Room is available from 25th February - 25th September 2026 (7 months).
Bed 3 (on floor plan) - $510: The room could fit a queen or double bed and freestanding drawers. It has a built-in wardrobe and large windows letting plenty of air and light in. This room will share the bathroom downstairs with one other person. There is currently a queen bed in the room as pictured.

About the flatmates
About us: Harley (30), Elly (25) and Faye (25). Elly and Harley are originally from Sydney and Faye is from Adelaide; Harley and Elly have lived together for 2 years, and Faye joined us in August. We have lived in this property for the two years and just renewed. Harley works as an executive assistant, Elly is a Lawyer and Faye works in finance. We all work full time with the occasional WFH day.
Elly is moving to Dubai for 7 months for work and is sub-letting her room while she is away. Another room in the house will become available in March for the full rental period.
We enjoy keeping active by going for coastal walks or to the gym/pilates, and are very social people. On the weekends you will find us out wining/dining or hosting dinner parties, however this is not a party house.
Through the week we are usually home of the evening so will have dinner and binge watch the latest reality tv show together, however we also like our own space and respect each other’s downtime.
About you: We are looking for a female working professional, ideally aged in their mid-late twenties that is friendly, fun and has a good sense of humour. We want to make this place a home so looking for a roommate with similar interests who want to become friends.
We take a lot of pride in the cleanliness and presentation of our home, so appreciate someone with similar values and a commitment to upholding this.
