About the property
I am sadly leaving the best household on Jersey Road. So our Paddington terrace house right off Oxford Street is looking for a 4th housemate to join from Feb 8th onwards.
The room available is downstairs (pictured) and is $315p/w, excluding bills. You will be living with 3 women in their late 20s-mid 30s.
A bit more about the house:
- The room comes unfurnished, with the option to purchase the big white cupboard
- 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 backyard/terrace (great for inviting people)
- Washing machine + dishwasher
- Every streaming service under the sun
- Internet, electricity and water bills are shared upon arrival
- Room is available from Sunday February 8th
- No couples
- No pets (sadly!!)
- Bond is 4 weeks rent (we also pay 2 weeks rent in advance) and a 6+ month stay is preferred
A bit more about the location:
-Prime spot in Paddington just off Oxford Street. Peaceful but also within walking distance of countless cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs
-5 mins walk to buses (e.g. 333) straight to the city or the beaches
-7 mins walk to Centennial Park
-15 mins walk to Edgecliff Station
-15 mins walk to Bondi Junction
Free for inspections on the weekends and after 6pm during the week - DM to tell us a bit more about yourself (and perhaps a fun fact and your favourite movie)

- You will be living with three women in their late 20s-mid 30s.
- Although they have very busy lives, they love coming together to watch a movie or share a meal.
- They love the house and keep it clean - something they also expect from a future housemate.
- Although this is not a 'party house', they do enjoy inviting people over for dinners and taking the parties elsewhere (like other people's houses or Centennial Park which is right around the corner)
- They are looking for someone fun, kind and respectful, who enjoys both downtime and socialising.
