Paddington, Sydney

Hi, this is a room in a very beautiful smallish terrace in Paddington. As I spend most of my time in my second home in the Southern Highlands, you would basically have the place to yourself for much of the week.

The house is in perhaps the best section of Paddington, towards Centennial Park. The street is quiet and leafy and very close to an IGA. Oxford Street is not far away and the area is mostly flat unlike a lot of Paddington.

Fully airconditioned and recently renovated.

The room is 4m by 3.2m, with a wall of built in cupboards and a split system air-con. The screen you see in the photos has some exercise equipment behind it, which will all be removed.

There is one main bathroom and a second toilet. The bathrooms and kitchen are all newly renovated.

There is a double bed in the room with bedding and a recent mattress.
