Hi!

We are looking for a girl to sublet my room for two weeks from the 20th February - 7th March (there is the possibility to extend from 7th March until 1st April depending on my travel plans, and then maybe even start your own lease in the flat from the 1st April).

You will be sharing with one other girl, Danish, 28, who is lovely, sociable, tidy but also respects peoples' alone time.

The flat is located five mins walk from Woolworths, Five Ways in Paddington and very close to bus routes - 333 and 389.

The room itself comes with a queen bed, bedside tables and mirrored double wardrobe. All bills are incl in rental price ($400).

The confirmed rental period 20th February - 7th March payment would need to be paid upfront - $800, so there will be no bond for that initial two weeks. I am discounting it so I can guarantee finding someone for the period I am definitely going to be away for.

The potential extended rental period payments, from the 7th March until our lease ends on the 1st April, would be slightly higher; the rent would be $450 a week and the bond would be $1800. From the 1st April would require a new lease for the whole property which you would need to negotiate yourself with the property manager.
