About the property

Cozy two bedroom apartment right near the heart of Kings Cross. Only a few minutes walk to Kings Cross Station, a couple of minutes to buses into the CBD, and 10 mins walk to Rushcutters Bay Park. Coles and Woolies Metro just nearby, plus all the cafes, bars and restaurants Potts Point and Darlinghurst offer. Incredible location at a great price. Apartment also comes with a car space which could be yours, or potentially rented out. The place will mostly be furnished once my roommate of 4+ years moves out, but bedroom will be unfurnished.

The room itself is medium-sized with a built-in wardrobe. Fits a queen bed and some shelving or similar furniture, and has a blackout blind. The bathroom is directly across the hallway and has a bathtub.

I'm currently living in the other bedroom which has en ensuite - open to switching rooms if having the ensuite is your preference.

Forgive the slightly old photos from previous listings, it's the best I have available!

About the flatmates

Hi, Laurence here. I'm a 33-year-old professional working begrudgingly working a 9 to 5 in the fashion retail industry. Originally from Brisbane, I'm coming up on 10 years living in Sydney and in this apartment for just over 4 years. When I'm home I'm usually relaxing, watching TV, reading, gaming, or doomscrolling. Play social sport for a good chunk of the year, so tend to be out and about as well - try to keep things balanced and not deplete my social battery too much. I'm not much of a cook, but love a wine or a pint, often to de-stress from the arduousness of living under capitalism or just from my former-journalist tendency to stay a little too informed about the goings-on in the world.
