Looking for one person to move into the second room in a waterloo apartment. Next to the new Waterloo Metro station!
I am renting one private master bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom in a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment with a balcony and a terrace in the second floor.
-The room is available to move in on the 1st of March
-Price: $510 per week including all bills
-Bond: 3 weeks
-Minimum Stay: 6 Months (Ideally looking for someone that wants to stay long-term)
The apartment and room comes fully furnished, with a big terrace, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, High-speed internet, TV 55'', Netflix Internet and Electricity bills included in the rent.
The new Waterloo Metro station is a 5 min walk, The Green Square or Redfern train stations are a 12 min walk and there is a bus stop just in front of the apartment making it easier to get anywhere around Sydney!
