The accommodation is for the Master Bedroom with Ensuite and full wall of built-in floor to ceiling wardrobes.
There is some furniture available but >>> NO BED <<<.
This is older style 60's unit in a small block of 9.
BRAND NEW double glazed windows, curtains\blinds and ensuite vanity unit. We just had an upgrade!
Main bathroom is also available for you and visitors to use.
2nd bedroom (mine), internal laundry with washer and dryer, furnished lounge\dining area is fairly large, full kitchen with fridge and freezer, crockery, cooking utensils etc. etc... balcony with partial views to City.
Room for some furniture or storage if you have any.
On street parking only at the moment but other tenants may be willing to sublet their garage.
5 MINUTES TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT. 15 minute walk to CROWS NEST. 15 mins train to City CBD + Chatswood.
