The property is really close to public transport (less than 5 min walk to St Leonards station). There is an indoor pool, spas, sauna and gym facilities, as well as an outdoor BBQ area. The apartment is facing towards a nature reserve so traffic noise isn't an issue. Both bedrooms are spacious with large in built wardrobes and sliding doors/windows onto the balcony. There is also a laundry room within the apartment.

Right above St Leonards station with short walk to restaurants, supermarket, post office, medical centre etc. A bit about me, I'm pretty relaxed and enjoy meeting up with my friends after work, but love my weekends spent at home with a movie and some good food. I do have friends over on the odd occasion, and would hope that my flatmate would feel comfortable doing the same if they wanted, but obviously will provide as much notice in advance as possible. I keep the place tidy and clean but won't go crazy over something left out of place overnight!
