About the property
our semi detached one story home is a 5 minute walk from crows nest metro station. we have a beautiful backyard with 2 parking spots as well as a cosy porch. we have both a dining and living room that gets a lot of sunlight. the bedroom we are renting out is the “main bedroom” which has a lovely big window, fireplace and air-conditioning.
we don't pay rent weekly, we pay 1800 per month and then split bills quarterly. so on a 4 week month its 450 a week and a 5 week month its 360.

About the flatmates
myself (rachel f22) and my housemate amelia (f20) are looking for someone to move into our cutesy home. amelia and i have lived together for over a year now and our 3rd housemate is unfortunately leaving us to buy his own apartment (in this economy…i know).
anyways, i work in the cbd as a tech recruitment consultant and amelia is a university student at UNSW who works fulltime.
we’re both pretty social and have the same group of friends. i’m a big drinker/socialiser and used to be a chef so i often cook meals for the house. amelia is a marathon runner (she’s basically a track star) and spends a lot of her time doing health and wellness activities.
amelia and i are looking for someone to join our family home, someone chill, fun and respectful.
