We have views of the city from the edge of the Harbour Bridge right around to Balmain, the balcony is a perfect spot to watch sunsets, sunrises (if you are so inclined) and fireworks. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with a bath/shower combo), separate kitchen and lounge/dining combo. We have a washing machine in the kitchen, saving you from the dreaded shared laundry (although the driers downstairs are quite useful when it's cold & raining). The building is double brick, so it is exceptionally quiet, and our top floor position means no elephants walking around above us. Your bedroom gets lovely morning light through the trees, and has a large built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. The room is unfurnished, so it is yours to do with what you wish. The rest of the apartment is completely furnished / kitchen completely equipped - however my current housemate is moving out with the couch, so if you have one you get bonus points for saving us from buying one.
