My current flatmates are moving out and I have a room with an ensuite available. Located with the Forum, this building is right beside St Leonards station with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The building has a pool, gym, and concierge service. The building is also quite secure. The flat is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space and you will be in the master bedroom with an attached ensuite. There are built in wardrobes and sufficient space for a queen size bed. The room will be unfurnished (so you'll need a bed), but the apartment itself will be mostly furnished. Air conditioning and heat are available but generally the space doesn't require much of it. There is a washer and dryer inside the flat. The kitchen has a gas stove and plenty of counter space. Internet is included but electricity and gas will not. That will be split 50-50 every quarter. Rent will be need to be paid fortnightly. If you have any questions, please send me a message.

We love living here because it's so central but still has a relaxed suburban feel. The house is fully furnished (apart from your room). There is a cute little patio and garden out the back which is lovely in the summer. There are three toilets and two showers in the house so no queues for the bathroom. The room has a leafy outlook over the university and gets nice breezes throughout the day.
