Recently renovated townhouse/apartment in a quiet part of St Leonards/Greenwich. Great natural light all throughout! - 7 minute walk to St Leonards station, frequent buses to the city 50m away. Also a 15 minute stroll to the heart of Crows Nest with restaurants, bars and shops aplenty. This is a great place to live. It's really close to transport and there's a Fitness First gym with pool right next door. It has lovely views over a leafy courtyard and air conditioning. It's quiet and relaxing. The room is currently partially furnished with shelves and desk but these can be removed if you have your own furniture.

The property features a front and back balcony that are great for unwinding. The living and dining room are open plan living which are already furnished. The kitchen is small but neat and has everything you need for cooking at home. There is an upstairs bathroom which Liv and I both share that is open to guests when we have people over. On the bottom floor is where your bedroom is located with a private bathroom and shower next door to the room. Whilst small it does provide the necessary facilities. The bedroom available opens onto the back courtyard which has seating areas and can be a great area to host friends for a barbeque. Outside in the courtyard is also the washing machine and dryer undercover for communal use. The courtyard is connected to the garage which Jess has her car parked in.
